Children Policy
Due to recent events involving the safety of children in attendance at the salon as well as the comfort of our loyal guests, we are updating our childrens policy. Children will not be permitted in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment and a parent present. Thank you for understanding and cooperation in insuring the safety of your little ones!
Late Arrivals
We understand that being late sometimes is unavoidable. Our Celebrity Style team needs the appropriate time allowed for your service to ensure you receive the best quality experience with us. We ask that all guests call the salon and notify front desk if they will be arriving late for their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact you 20 minutes into your appointment, you will then be considered a "no show" and the appointment time will reopened and made available for guests wanting to book.
Cancellations
Here at Celebrity Style Salon & Spa we require a 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Your appointment times are important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary we respectfully request that guests cancel appointments by calling the salon speaking with front desk, or by leaving a voicemail if out of salon hours.
Cancelling your appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointments menu price.
*No Shows* Will be charged 100% of the appointments menu price.
Service Refunds
Celebrity Style Salon & Spa does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. Guest satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In the unlikely event of a service challenge, you ask that you notify us within 48hrs of service completion in which we would be more than happy to invite you back to the salon and have corrections made or receive salon credit on technical errors.
*Packages purchases that have not been used, we gladly refund 100% of the amount paid within 30 days.*
Product Returns
Here at Celebrity Style we stand behind our products and will happily exchange all unopened or gently used products for another within 14 days with receipt. All sales are final on brushes, hair accessories, hair extensions and T3 styling tools.
